These are the Shipping and Delivery conditions governing the use of getgreg.app/merchandise (also referred to as the Site).
Shipping Costs
To Australian capital cities and major metro areas. Outside of these areas may incur additional freight costs.
Standard Delivery is available Australia wide for online orders at a cost of $13 including GST
(Goods to fit into a 1kg, 3kg, or 5kg satchel)
Express Delivery is available Australia wide for online orders at a cost of $20 including GST
(Goods to fit into a 1kg, 3kg, or 5kg satchel)
For orders that include a large volume of items please check with the Greg team on freight costs….email the team at [email protected] once order quantities are known.

Order Processing
Orders received before 5:00pm for items in stock will be dispatched the following business day.
Out of stock or order in items will be dispatched the same day the item has been received from the supplier.
Customers will be notified via email or by phone with a revised dispatch date for any items that have not been dispatched within 2 business days of receipt.
Carrier Service
Australia Post is our freight carrier. Where goods will fit into a 1kg, 3kg, or 5kg satchel, your order will be sent via MyPost Business Service. For items that are bigger, they will be sent via Australia Post Road Express Service. You will be provided with a tracking number.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Due to delays within the Australia Post network, please allow 5 – 11 business days (including metro and regional areas).
Express Delivery: Due to delays within the Australia Post network, please allow 2-7 business days.
We can also deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping Damage
Please check the condition of the goods before signing. If you are in any doubt about their condition, then please do not sign for it “In good order and condition.” Simply reject the delivery, email us at [email protected] with your concerns and once approved we will send you a replacement.
