Exchange & Returns

These are the Exchange and Return Policy conditions governing the use of getgreg.app/merchandise (also referred to as the Site). Terms used in this policy have the same meaning as set out in our terms and conditions

We advise all buyers to select and choose their Product (including size and colour) carefully before buying.

For faulty products or products that are the wrong size, a thirty (30) day replacement warranty from the date you receive your Product is provided. This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.

Faulty products may be returned as set out below.

Warranty only applies to unused and undamaged goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your Product can be replaced, it will be replaced with the same or a similar Product. If a Product cannot be replaced, you will be offered the option of a replacement Product of the same value, or of being provided with a refund for the total value of the Product.

If you return a Product that is the wrong size and we determine that it has been used since its purchase, no exchange or return will be granted.

Products must be returned in an as new condition, with all Product packaging and tags (if applicable) included.

Return of Faulty products

Faulty Products are to be returned to us with proof of purchase (paid in full email invoice receipt). If the Product is in stock, replacements for faulty Products will be sent to you at no charge within five (5) Business Days from the date the faulty Product is returned to us. If the Product is not in stock, we will advise when stock of that particular item will available.

When returning a faulty Product, please ensure you also provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Contact phone number
  • Your order number
  • The date of delivery (or collection) of the Product
  • Reason why you are returning the Product
  • Your instructions on how you would like the issue resolved – (Exchange or Refund)
  • The original order confirmation or invoice you received with your Product.

Refunds

If you are seeking a refund, once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you refund is approved, then your refund for the cost of the product, plus the shipping fee will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Shipping

Please remember, if you need to return an item, please send us an email first at [email protected], complete with a quick description of your concern, along with any relevant pictures before sending your item back.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Mensana, Unit 2, 151 Henley Beach Road, Mile End, SA, 5031, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement items will be shipped to you at no charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items values over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Change of Mind

We do not offer a guarantee on products or provide refunds for change of mind.
